PASSIVE FIRE PROTECTION
Upon receiving the initial tender enquiry Stratstone Interiors will arrange to complete a Site Survey allowing us to understand the working area and your requirements.
We will then quantify and produce a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) that will list each method/item within your project with an associated cost. The BOQ will allow you to see where you can save or spend more money during the tender stage. The BOQ also allows transparency throughout the project and can highlight any additional costs from any unforeseen issues that may arise. Therefore, making it easier to identify and cost additional works.
Once a price is agreed we will identify our most suitable operatives for your project and arrange a commencement date with you. All of our operatives hold relevant, prevailing training certificates and have ample knowledge of their trades, which accompanied by our company culture and ethos, produces unrivalled quality. We will then produce adequate RAMS, COSHH and H&S documents for your project as well as adequate signage. We will then complete the maintenance works to your terms and working hours until completion is achieved.
Survey through to Handover, we will ensure complete, reliable, committed management throughout who will liaise with all involved whilst also making frequent site visits, enforcing quality and punctuality.
Throughout the maintenance phase, snagging and quality control will be closely monitored by Senior Management, who are simply perfectionists in what they do and believe the client is owed. Whilst quality assurance (QA) checklists are completed throughout the project we will also ensure another snagging period is undertaken between practical completion and Handover. Completing this stage before handover ensures we present our clients with the very best, minimising any snagging items that are observed by the clients, if any.
Upon Handover, Stratstone Interiors will provide all relevant O&Ms and warranties ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
